FAQs

Straight answers

If something isn't covered here, ask us on the phone — we'd rather explain it than have you guess.

Do you charge a commission?

Yes — the standard local rate, agreed with you before anything is signed. We tell you the exact figure at the start so there is nothing to argue about at the end.

Can you help with the registry and transfer paperwork?

We handle it end to end: agreement drafting, registry, and the transfer itself. We also break down what the government fees will cost you, separately from our own fee.

Are all your properties listed on this website?

No. Availability changes daily and many owners prefer not to be listed publicly. The website shows a sample — call the office for the current list.

Can I see a property before deciding?

Always. We arrange the visit and go with you, so you can ask about the neighbourhood, the water supply and the paperwork on the spot.

Do you deal outside Sarjani Town?

Our strength is Sarjani Town and the sectors around it, and that is where we give the most reliable advice. For nearby areas, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Do you work with rentals as well as sales?

Yes. Houses, portions and shops are all available on rent, and we prepare the rent agreement for both sides.

How quickly can a deal be completed?

A rental can be done in a couple of days. A sale depends on the file and the registry office, but we don't let paperwork sit on a desk.

What documents should I bring?

For buying or renting, your CNIC is enough to start. For selling, bring the original file and any previous transfer documents so we can check them early.
